NEW GUEST POLICY

all new guests will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit upon booking a reservation with Salon Honey.

These deposits will be 50% of your service total AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. This total is subject to change at time of check out due to extra time or product used during your actual service.

If you are to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or no call-no show, this deposit will be credited to your stylist. If you are to reschedule or cancel outside of the 48 hour window, your deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

Please note, new guests should not be booking online for express, refresh, color correction, or vivid appointments. If you are new and interested in one of these service options, please book a consultation with your preferred stylist. If you are unsure of who to book with, or you have any other questions regarding this new policy, give our front desk team a call or text at 317.767.5708.

CANCELLATIONS

Salon Honey requires a credit card on file to book a reservation, as well as 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any reservations. Please consider your stylist if you have to cancel or reschedule. As soon as you know you can’t make your scheduled reservation, let your stylist know. We understand emergencies happen but please do not take advantage of this. If 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, your deposit will be used for the cancellation fee or the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service. If we don't have a credit card on file you will be invoiced for the cost and will not be able to schedule another reservation until the fee is paid in full. In the case of a No Call/No Show 100% of the missed appointment will be charged.

*Please note: When utilizing our online booking site, please pay close attention to the service descriptions. If you are unsure of what to book, reach out to the salon at any time and our front desk team will be back in touch at the earliest convenience. If your appointment is booked incorrectly and needs to be edited/cancelled within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may still apply.

Tardiness

If you are more than 15 minutes late for a reservation, we may not be able to preform your scheduled service. A cancellation fee will be applied if your reservation is missed due to tardiness.

If you are booked for an express service, and YOU ARE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE FOR your RESERVATION, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PREFORM YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE. A CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF YOUR RESERVATION IS MISSED DUE TO TARDINESS.

 

REDOS

In the case of any dissatisfaction with a servicE, we are happy to provide You with the opportunity to return to the salon for a Redo.
In order to receive a service redo, you must contact salon honey within seven (7) business days of your original service. the same stylist will provide your service redo.
In the event that the original stylist has no time available, an exception may be made, and the redo may be scheduled with another member of our team. 

 

RETURNS

Any returns must be brought back into salon honey within thirty (30) business days of your original purchase date. Returns of defective products will be swapped for a working bottle of the same product. In the event of dissatisfaction with a new product, the merchandise may be exchanged for a different product. Hair brushes may not be returned due to health and sanitation code.
