NEW GUEST POLICY
all new guests will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit upon booking a reservation with Salon Honey.
These deposits will be 50% of your service total AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. This total is subject to change at time of check out due to extra time or product used during your actual service.
If you are to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or no call-no show, this deposit will be credited to your stylist. If you are to reschedule or cancel outside of the 48 hour window, your deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
Please note, new guests should not be booking online for express, refresh, color correction, or vivid appointments. If you are new and interested in one of these service options, please book a consultation with your preferred stylist.
