What is an associate?
At Salon Honey, associates are our bright-eyed apprentices beginning their journey and learning what it takes to become a Honey bee! These licensed cosmetologists are stepping into a 40-week Master’s level adventure, where they learn the ropes from our superstar senior stylists.
Unlike traditional assistant programs, we pride ourselves on working together. Our associates are like an extra set of hands to help elevate our guests’ experiences.
With a mix of fun, education, and hands-on practice, we’re here to make sure our associates are buzzing with confidence as they move up to a Level 1 Stylist
